WHY I CREATED THIS PLAN

I purchased my first investment property over 25 years ago without a mentor or a step by step plan.

Since then, I have built a real estate portfolio across Guatemala, Minnesota, and Florida while completing a 32 year corporate career. I have also been a licensed Florida Realtor® since 2003.

I created the Real Estate Investor Starter Plan to give new investors something I did not have when I began: an informed starting point and an experienced person with whom to discuss it.
